The investor adderessed our studio with a request for a house that would be different from the other new homes springing up in the area.
The house was designed with a L-shaped floor plan and consists of two parts - a residental part with technical infrastructure and a garage, anda relaxation part with a swimming pool. Despite the limitations of the smaller plot of land, an atrium with sufficient privacy was erected. The interior is connected with the garen through spacious glazed areas.
The house's ground floor is brick while the upstairs structure is wooden. The house is partially recessed into the terrain.
