The reconstruction project and project documentation for the building permit were prepared by the kamil mrva architects studio headed by architect Kamil Mrva. The interior and parts of the exterior were designed by sculptor Luděk del Maschio.

The building’s owner, a prominent producer and seller of urban furnishings, requested a new look for the current complex, which was to accommodate the firm’s management, administration, production and warehousing. A new street was proposed in the building complex. An extension was designed for the entrance building.

The aim of the architectural project was to design a simple extension connected to the building under the same roof. The building’s “new coat” was intended to help promote the company, as well as upgrade the look of the former collective farm. This involved creating a new façade out of silver façade sheets on the first building and silver profiled sheet metal on the second building. New windows were designed with aluminium frames.
